What clients ask us most often before we start an online store.
How much does an e-shop cost?
It depends on the number of products, the custom features and the integrations you need. We do not work with surprise packages: we map your requirements first and quote each part of the work explicitly.
How long until it goes live?
A typical store takes a few weeks. The timeline is driven mostly by how ready your material is — photos, descriptions, price list — and by any ERP or courier integrations.
Which platform do you build on?
PrestaShop, which is open source. The store is yours: you pay no commission on sales and you are not locked to us — you can move it elsewhere whenever you want.
Which payment methods can I accept?
Cards, PayPal, IRIS, bank transfer, cash on delivery and payment in store. We also support instalments, with a calculator on the product page, and deferred payment for trade customers.
Does it connect to the couriers I use?
Yes. We have our own addons for ACS, Speedex, Geniki Taxydromiki and ELTA Porta Porta, with automatic voucher issuing and bulk printing. Shipping is calculated by zone, weight or order value.
Can I manage it myself afterwards?
Yes — and we train you to. Products, prices, stock and content are all editable from the admin. We stay available for maintenance, upgrades and whatever comes next.
